Refund & Returns Policy

CryptoHorseClub™ provides digital, educational trading software/tools, signals, community access, and one-to-one mentorship. Because our products are digital, delivered electronically, and often consumed immediately, all sales are treated as final unless required otherwise by applicable law.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases of CryptoHorseClub™ products and services, including: TradingView indicators, dashboards and automation tools (if/when offered), signal products, Discord/community access, and one-to-one mentorship sessions (collectively, the “Products”). We may introduce other educational offerings (such as structured courses) in the future; unless stated otherwise at checkout, they will follow the same rules set out in this Policy.

2. Digital SaaS Products & Signals

Our indicators, dashboards, automation tools (if/when offered), and signal products are digital, licensed software and data services that provide immediate access and value once provisioned (for example, TradingView invite-only access, dashboard login, API/webhook configuration, or signal feed access).

In line with our End-User License Agreement (EULA):

• All sales of indicators, dashboards, automation tools, and signal products are final.
• No refunds or credits are provided for change of mind, lack of use, or trading results (profit or loss).
• No refunds are issued for partial periods of access, plan changes, or promotional price differences.

The performance of any strategy or signal is not guaranteed. Our tools are educational in nature, as reflected in our NFA / Not Financial Advice Disclaimer.

3. Discord & Community Access

Paid Discord or community access includes private channels, premium educational content, tools, and community features. As this access is digital and delivered immediately:

• All sales of Discord/community access are final.
• We do not issue refunds for time not used, inactivity, or removal due to violations of our rules or EULA.

4. One-to-One Mentorship & Consultations

CryptoHorseClub may offer one-to-one mentorship or consultation sessions focused on education, platform walkthroughs, and understanding rule-based trading systems. These sessions are educational only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Due to scheduling commitments and the preparation time involved:

• All purchases of mentorship/consultation sessions are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion if you contact us with reasonable notice before the confirmed time.
• Failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show) is treated as delivered and remains non-refundable.

5. Future Courses & Structured Programs

We do not currently offer full standalone “courses”, but may do so in the future. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, any future course or structured educational program will be treated as a digital, non-refundable product once access is provided.

6. Subscriptions & Renewals

Some Products are offered on a recurring subscription basis (for example, monthly or annual access). Unless otherwise stated on the checkout page:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file.
• You may cancel future renewals at any time before the next renewal date.
• Cancellation stops future billing only and does not generate a refund for the current period.

7. Payment Method & Client Acknowledgement

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, Stripe, or other listed processors. By completing a purchase, you:

• agree to this Refund & Returns Policy;
• authorize CryptoHorseClub to charge your selected payment method for the Product and any applicable renewal;
• acknowledge that all Products are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice;
• confirm that you have read our NFA / Not Financial Advice Disclaimer and agree to Do Your Own Research (DYOR).

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue: CryptoHorseClub Contact Page.

Because our Products are digital and access is typically delivered immediately, filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer after valid delivery may be treated as misuse or fraud. CryptoHorseClub reserves the right to contest chargebacks using entitlement logs and to suspend or revoke access to current and future Products associated with abusive chargeback activity.

9. Relationship to EULA & NFA Disclaimer

This Policy forms part of the overall terms that govern your use of CryptoHorseClub Products, including our End-User License Agreement (EULA) and NFA / Not Financial Advice Disclaimer. Those documents describe the educational nature of our tools, our digital goods – no refunds framework, and our limitations of liability.

10. Changes to This Policy

CryptoHorseClub reserves the right to update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our Products after changes take effect signifies your acceptance of the updated Policy.
